How to terminate the tenancy agreement by a new tenant?

Every tenant at THE FIZZ has the option of terminating his or her apartment with four weeks' notice to the end of the month by naming a suitable new tenant. The new tenant must also meet the following requirements:

• Rental Period until 31.08./30.09 of the year
• Enrolled student; trainee; intern, young professional

If you have found a suitable new tenant, simply fill out this new tenant form completely (as soon as you send it, we will automatically receive it) and send us the other required documents of the new tenant (ID card, proof of education, possibly VISA) via our contact form.

At the same time, you should send an original signed letter of termination to the following address:
