What do I have to do before I move out?

Before you move out, you must return the apartment to the way you received it. This means that you must remove your personal belongings from the apartment and clean it.
To ensure everything is in order, you must schedule a preliminary check-out appointment with your house management. For the final move-out, a move-out appointment is mandatory. Here you can schedule your move-out appointment. Please reserve your move-out no later than two weeks before your planned departure, as the capacities are limited.

The mandatory move-out cleaning fee in the amount of 3400CZK/140€ is charged upon your move-out. Usually, this fee is deducted from your deposit if not agreed differently during your move-out. 
 

Do I need to schedule a move-out if I’m changing the apartment within the residence?
Yes, you need to schedule a move-out for your current apartment and also a move-in appointment for your new apartment. In this case the move-out costs (mandatory move-out cleaning fee + possible damages) need to be transferred to us at the latest with the second monthly all-in price of the new contract. 

Is there the possibility of moving out outside office hours, on weekends or holidays?
Unfortunately, this is not generally possible, as there are no employees in the building outside office hours. However, after consultation with us, someone can carry out the final acceptance on your behalf with the power of attorney.
