What do I have to do before I move out?

Before you move out, you must return the apartment to the way you received it. This means that you have to remove your personal belongings from the apartment, clean it, etc.

The apartment needs to be handed over fully cleaned and painted. The painting needs to be scheduled with reception before the final move-out day. For that we recommend to schedule the pre-check in with reception. To reserve your appointment please click on this link.

You can book an appointment with our house management to see if any necessary works need to be done before the check out day. We will help you in case of painting or if any other repairs are needed.

For your final move out, it is necessary to book a move out appointment with the reception. Please reserve it by clicking on this link no later than two weeks before your planned departure as the capacities are limited.
