When and how can I move in?

You can move in once the rental agreement has been signed and all required payments have been received, but no earlier than the start date of your tenancy agreement. Please book your preferred move-in date via our move in calendar. 

Moving in outside office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00), at weekends or on public holidays is generally not possible, as there are no staff members available in the building.

However, if you are unable to attend the key handover in person, you may authorize another person to collect the key and complete the move-in process on your behalf. Please note: if the contract holder cannot be present and an authorized representative attends the handover instead, a written power of attorney must be provided.
