Where can I park my car?

If you are planning to bring a car, please note that many of our residences offer secure on-site parking.

Depending on the location, these spaces are either in an underground garage or a parking deck.

Please bear in mind that a parking space is not included in the lease for your studio apartment. A separate rental contract is required for this. The cancellation policies and specific terms are defined entirely within the parking agreement itself.

The minimum rental period for any parking space is one month.

You do not have to live at THE FIZZ to use our parking facilities. Subject to availability, we also rent out spaces to members of the wider community.
