How can I change my move-in appointment?

You booked your appointment at a certain hour, but you cannot come?

Appointment times cannot be changed for the same day, if all the time slots have been filled, or if it is within 12 hours of your appointment. In case, there are some available time slots for the same day, please cancel the first one and book again a new one. Please be advised, if you arrive at a time other than your scheduled appointment, you may have to wait until a member of our team is available to assist you.
