What documents do I need to bring with me when moving in?

You will need to bring your passport for identification verification. There will be some forms for you to complete and/or sign, and there will be a verification that any amounts due have been paid. 

If I cannot come personally to check-in, can someone else pick up my key? Which documents are requested?

These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis, however in general, we will need to know in advance the name of this person and have a copy of their identification as well as yours with your written authorization. Please note that you will be required to schedule an appointment to complete the remaining paperwork upon your arrival.
