What security precautions are in place at THE FIZZ?

To ensure that you always feel completely safe and secure in your individual studio and throughout the entire building, THE FIZZ combines multiple layers of property protection:

Controlled Building Access: Unauthorized external individuals do not have free access to the property. Main entrance doors remain secured and can only be accessed by registered residents and authorized staff.

Access Solutions: Depending on your specific location, you will receive either a physical key, a secure electronic key card, or a digital access solution (such as the smart iLOQ system). At selected properties, digital access credentials can be managed electronically if lost or compromised.

CCTV Surveillance: To protect our international community and deter misconduct, central common areas, main entrance gates, and vital transit zones inside the building are equipped with video surveillance—fully operating within strict local legal and data protection guidelines.

On-Site Staff Presence: During regular daily office hours, our local House Management and facility technician team are present in the building, ensuring house rules are respected and responding immediately to any concerns.

Nighttime Security Patrols: At many of our student accommodations (especially at larger properties), an external professional security service patrols the premises during the night, on weekends, and on public holidays when the reception desk is closed.

Good to know: Upon check-in on your move-in day, you will receive a dedicated information sheet containing all essential emergency contacts (such as the after-hours maintenance hotline or the on-site security patrol number), so you know exactly who to contact at any time.
