How do I receive my mail and parcels?

You will receive your own mailbox assigned to your apartment number.

Letters are delivered directly to your mailbox
From Monday to Friday, our staff will accept standard-sized parcels on your behalf
You will be notified as soon as a parcel arrives for you
You can collect your parcel from reception during opening hours

Please note that larger parcels may not be accepted depending on the location.
