Can my guest stay overnight at my place?

Yes, guests are welcome to stay overnight in your apartment. You remain responsible for them, and they must follow the house rules. Depending on availability, you can borrow a guest bed at the reception desk for a small fee. 

Your family and friends are always welcome to visit you in your new home. Having someone stay over for the weekend or a few days is absolutely fine. However, please keep the following guidelines in mind: 

Your Personal Responsibility: You are legally and socially responsible for your visitors throughout their entire stay. This means you must ensure that your guests respect the house rules (e.g., maintaining quiet hours from 10:00 PM onwards) and do not use the community spaces unaccompanied. 

Guest Bed Rental Service: Not enough space in your bed? To make hosting easier, we offer a convenient extra service at many of our residences: You can borrow a mobile guest bed for a small fee directly at the reception desk during standard office hours. 

Important Note: Because our supply of extra beds is limited, availability depends on current demand at your specific location. We highly recommend contacting your local House Management team well in advance of your guest's arrival to secure a setup.
