For security reasons, iLOQ digital keys are issued individually per person and device and cannot be duplicated freely.
In certain cases, additional access may be granted, for example:
if you share your apartment with another tenant (where applicable)
if you change your device (e.g. new smartphone)
All requests must be approved by your local House Management. Please note that access is always linked to a specific device, meaning that sharing your phone also means sharing your key.
To request an additional digital key, please contact your local team and provide your name, apartment number and the reason for your request.
