How do I open doors using the iLOQ app?

To unlock a door using the iLOQ digital key, follow these steps:

Open the iLOQ S50 app and tap the “Access” button. If multiple keys are available, select the relevant one.
Hold the top or back of your smartphone close to the lock reader and wait for confirmation, such as a light signal or sound.

To ensure the system works properly, make sure that NFC is enabled on your smartphone and keep your device close to the reader (within a few centimetres). Avoid moving the phone too quickly while unlocking.
If the door does not open, try repositioning your phone slightly and make sure that your screen is active or unlocked.
