I see ACCESS DENIED or ACCESS FAILED when scanning.

If you see an “ACCESS DENIED” or “ACCESS FAILED” message, your device may not have the correct access permissions or the key may not be synchronised.

Please make sure your digital key is activated and up to date. If the issue persists, contact your House Management team for assistance.
