In case you don't use the e-mail address you gave us during your reservation anymore, please contact us via our contact form and let us know your new address. We will then change your e-mail address in our system so we can reach you again.
It is utmost important that we have in our system your valid and currently used e-mail address so you can receive all important information (in-house information, messages in case of emergency, new price offers for your next booking period, payment reminders, and others).
In case the reservation was made with the parent's e-mail, we kindly ask you to let us know the e-mail address of the living tenant so we can contact you directly if needed.
