Which rental articles are available?

At THE FIZZ, you can borrow a wide range of everyday items free of charge during your stay. The service is designed to make your daily routine easier and promote sustainable sharing within the community.

You can borrow items such as

Household & cleaning equipment (e.g. vacuum cleaners, irons, ironing boards, mops, and cleaning sets)
DIY & repair tools (e.g. screwdrivers, hammers, and pliers for small fixes or assembling furniture)
Leisure & community items (e.g. board games, sports equipment, controllers, or video games for gaming areas)

To borrow an item, follow these steps:
Visit the reception during the regular office hours.
Show your personal member card / or give them your apartment number.
Return the item clean and in a timely manner after use. (usually no later than in 24h).

Please note:
The service is completely free for all residents.
The exact selection of items may vary depending on your location.
You can check the available items directly at the reception or ask the House Management team.

Good to know:
The rental system is based on shared use, so availability may depend on demand.
Always return items properly so that other residents can also use them.
