How can I change my apartment?

A room swap is possible with one month's notice, effective at the end of a calendar month, at the earliest one month after moving in. Subject to availability.

In order to do this, we first need your original signed letter of termination submitted through our contact form, preferably, or send it by post to:

As we cannot pre-reserve apartments, we cannot guarantee availability.
Please note that in the case of a room swap, the admission fee needs to be paid again. You will also need to pay the mandatory move-out cleaning fee for your current apartment. 

Since a new contract is being issued, a new booking period might apply.
