Because our studio availability and pricing fluctuate in real time, we do not list fixed prices in the Help Center. You can easily check all vacant apartments yourself: Availability in THE FIZZ Prague.
Select your desired location, apartment type, currency, and booking period. 
You will instantly see all available apartments, their exact monthly all-in prices, and the specific booking timeframes. 

⚠️ Please Note: The availability varies between the currencies. In case you don’t find what you are looking for in one currency, please check the other one as well.  

What should I do if my preferred dates are not shown?
Check back later: Availability updates constantly due to cancellations or contract changes, so we highly recommend checking the booking tool again in a few days. 

Join the waiting list: If a waiting list is open for your chosen apartment type, you can register directly online. We send out notifications once new availability in bulk appears online. 

Contact our Letting Team: If you are looking for a non-standard rental period, feel free to reach out to our Letting Team via the contact form, and we will gladly check alternative options for you (without guarantee).
