How can I reserve an apartment?

You can book your apartment directly online via our website. 

Step-by-Step Booking Process 
 

Step 1: Select your Location: Go to our website and click “Book Now” in the top right corner and select the correct location. 
Step 2: Select your apartment: Choose on the homepage the apartment type that you prefer (e.g. Single studio, Single Plus, Double studio, Shared studio).
Step 3: Choose the currency in which you prefer to pay for the whole duration of your contract (Czech crown/CZK or EURO).
Use filters to find a suitable apartment (e.g., move-in date, studio type, features, etc.). Once you have selected your apartment and rental period, click “Book Now” to continue.
⚠️ Please Note: The availability varies between the currencies. In case you don’t find what you are looking for in one currency, please check the other one as well.  
 

Step 4: Register & Sign: Create an account in THE FIZZ Tenant Portal and enter your personal details. Click “Next step” to continue. Once your details and payment option are submitted, your accommodation agreement is automatically generated, and you can sign it. Your apartment is usually reserved for up to 3 days.
⚠️ Please Note: As Czech Republic is not part of the Eurozone you can leave the part with SEPA details in the 1st step empty as they don’t apply for this location. 

Step 5: Make the payment: Transfer the admission fee to the bank account given to you on the booking portal and in the emails. Please always use the payment reference given when making any bank transfer. In case you are sending money from non-EU country please send us payment confirmation as well to extend your reservation period.
⚠️ Please Note: In case you made the booking less than 30 days before your contract starts, you must transfer all three payments (admission fee, deposit, and first all-in price) all together at once. 

 
Step 5: Final confirmation: Once we receive your admission fee, we will countersign the accommodation agreement. You will then receive your final confirmation by email, and your booking will be 100% confirmed and legally valid.

⚠️ Important: Once your booking is confirmed, the currency of your contract, booked apartment, or booking period cannot be changed. If you wish to make any changes or book with a friend together (in shared studio) please contact us before making any payments.
