Our standard booking period is 12 months. In case you wish to move-out earlier, you can do it by finding a new tenant, someone who will take over your apartment for the remaining booking period.
We have a limited contingent of single apartments allocated to semester contracts (5-7months). In case you cannot see this booking period online, it means it is booked out.
Occasionally we offer 2-month contracts during the summer (July-August). Subject to availability.
If you wish to stay longer, there is also the option to extend your stay, in this case please contact us via our contact form.
-The booking period for 12-month contracts usually ends on 31.7/.31.8/.30.9
-Semester contracts usually have the end dates in winter semester 31.1./28-29.2 and in summer semester 31.8./30.9
⚠️ Important Move-in & Move-out Rules: Your accommodation can only start on the 1st or 15th of a month (subject to availability). The contract can only end on the very last day of the month. Customized, mid-month, or individual daily start and end dates are strictly not possible.
