When and how can I terminate my accommodation agreement?

Every lodger at THE FIZZ has the option of terminating his or her apartment one month's notice, effective at the end of a calendar month, by naming a suitable new lodger. (The new lodger’s contract cannot be shorter than 2 months/61 days.) 

The new lodger must also meet the following requirements:
•    Enrolled student; trainee; intern; young professional.
•    If you live in a shared studio, the new lodger must also have the same gender as your roommate.
•    The booking period will be according to your valid accommodation agreement or according to the standard booking periods.

If you have found a suitable new lodger, simply complete the new lodger form online and send us other required documents via contact form. Before searching for a new lodger, please contact our Letting Team via our contact form. They will provide you with the current all-in price and the applicable conditions for the new lodger. The price offer you received doesn’t apply for a new lodger. 

At the same time, please complete and sign the termination form and submit it through our contact form, preferably, or send it by post to:
