To ensure you can study, stream, and work from day one, your apartment comes equipped with a reliable high-speed connection:

Fully Included in your monthly all-in price: There are no hidden fees or extra monthly charges for your internet connection. It is completely covered by your monthly all-in rent.

Connection Methods: You can connect your devices wirelessly via Wi-Fi or use a physical network cable with the LAN port located directly in your apartment wall. Wi-Fi coverage is also seamless across all community spaces, such as the study areas and common lounges.

Your Login Credentials: You will receive your personalized login data along with a quick configuration guide from the House Management team during your check-in on move-in day.

Network Providers: Depending on your specific residence location, we partner with specialized student housing network providers like ASK4, Glide, or other regional telecom companies.

Technical Support Advice: Because the network infrastructure is managed by an external internet service provider, our on-site House Management team cannot fix technical glitches or connectivity issues. If you experience slow speeds or dropouts, please reach out directly to the dedicated support hotline or helpdesk of your building's specific provider (the contact details are provided on your move-in information sheet).
