How can I open my door?

Besides the physical key card/chip it is possible to purchase a license for SALTO app for the duration of your accommodation agreement. With the SALTO app you can open your doors without needing to have the physical keycard/chip.

To use your SALTO App, please follow these steps:
• Pay the CZK 500 activation fee by card at reception.
• Install the JustIN Mobile app on your smartphone.
• Keep Bluetooth enabled while using the app.
• The digital key is active only for the duration of your valid accommodation contract.
• The app allows access to your room and all authorized common areas.
