Am I allowed to smoke in my apartment?

According to the house rules smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the community interior areas of the building.  If a violation of these rules is noticed, there will be a written warning including a fine.

Can I sub rent my apartment?

According to the house rules subleasing of the apartment is not permitted. If a violation of these rules is noticed, there will be a written warning including a fine.

May my guest stay overnight at my place?

Friends and acquaintances are welcome to stop by for visits. The tenant must notify the residential manager in advance, if a friend or acquaintance will be spending the night.
