What are the booking periods and what is the minimum rental period?

Usually the minimum booking period is 5 months and the maximum term is 12 months. This may vary depending on the apartment categories.

If you wish to stay longer, there is also the option to extend your stay. Please contact us via our contact form.

It is not possible to choose the start or the end date of your accommodation. The start of the accommodation agreement is always the first day of the month and the end of the tenancy is always the last day of the month.
