Where can I park my car?

If you plan to bring a car, we are happy to offer you the possibility to book a parking spot in our residence:

• Available Parking Options: We offer convenient underground garage spaces.
• Separate Agreement: Please keep in mind that a parking space is not automatically included in your accommodation agreement. It requires a separate lease agreement. The cancellation policies and specific terms are defined entirely within that individual parking lease agreement.
• Minimum Lease Term: The minimum rental duration for any vehicle parking slot is one month.
• Available for Non-Residents: You do not officially have to live at THE FIZZ to utilize our parking facilities. Subject to availability, we also rent out free spaces to external community members.

Long-term underground parking: Because parking spaces are highly limited, please check current pricing and availability by submitting a quick inquiry via our contact form or checking our official website.

Short-term underground parking: If you only need parking for a short period, short-term parking at THE FIZZ Prague is managed through Mr.Parkit, offering a convenient pay-per-use parking solution.
