How can I terminate my parking space lease agreement?

If you no longer need your car or motorbike parking slot at THE FIZZ, you must actively submit a termination notice. Because parking spaces are always bound to a completely separate legal lease agreement, terminating your accommodation agreement will not automatically cancel your parking spot. 

Please keep the following guidelines in mind: 

An Independent Agreement: Your parking contract functions entirely on its own, independent from your accommodaiton agreement (for residents). Even if you are moving out of the building completely, your parking slot remains active unless canceled separately. 

Respect the Notice Period: You must submit your request by giving one month's notice, effective at the end of a calendar month.

Written Requirement: Your termination must be submitted in writing. Please complete and sign the termination form and submit it through our contact form, preferably, or send it by post to:

⚠️ Remember the Return: If you received a physical garage remote control, an electronic gate card, or a specific key for your parking bay, you must return these items to the House Management team at the front desk on or before your very last official contract day.
