To ensure that you always feel completely safe and secure in your individual studio and throughout the entire building, THE FIZZ combines multiple layers of modern property protection:
Controlled Building Access: Unauthorized external individuals do not have free access to the property. All main entrance doors and corridors leading to the residential wings remain locked 24/7 and can only be opened by registered residents and staff.
Advanced Locking Systems: We utilize modern electronic access control management. You will receive a secure electronic key card or a digital key (SALTO). If you ever misplace your key, it can be deactivated electronically within seconds, removing any security risks. We also offer the possibility to purchase an app license for your phone to be able to open your locks with it.
CCTV Surveillance: To protect our international community and deter misconduct, central common areas, main entrance gates, and vital transit zones inside the building are equipped with video surveillance—fully operating within strict local legal and data protection guidelines.
On-Site Staff Presence: During regular daily office hours, our local House Management and facility technician team are present in the building, ensuring house rules are respected and responding immediately to any concerns.
Nighttime Security Patrols: An external, professional security service patrols the premises during the night, weekends, and official holidays when the reception desk is closed.
Good to know: Upon check-in on your move-in day, you will be provided with a dedicated sheet containing all essential emergency contacts (such as the after-hours maintenance hotline or the on-site security patrol number) so you know exactly who to call at any hour of the night.
