Can I withdraw my accommodation agreement?

Yes, you have 14 days to send a withdrawal after the accommodation agreement has been concluded (all payments made, signed by both parties). To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and sign the withdrawal form and submit it through our contact form, preferably, or send it by post to:

Please note that in case of withdrawal the admission fee is non-refundable. If the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you can no longer cancel your booking. Instead, you must terminate your contract in accordance with the notice period and conditions stated in your agreement.
