What is a termination without notice?

Termination without notice is an extraordinary termination that can be given by the landlord for the following reasons:

• Serious payment delay
• Continuation of the misbehaviour despite a written warning
• Gross violation of morality and/or house rules

If the tenant neither moves out nor pays his outstanding debts, an eviction action must be initiated. This is associated with considerable costs for the tenant.
