I have locked myself out. What should I do?

If you have locked yourself out, please contact your House Management team during opening hours. They will assist you in accessing your apartment for an extra charge of 500CZK (payable by card at reception). Outside of reception hours, please contact a locksmith at your own expense. 

We also offer the possibility to purchase an SALTO app license for your phone to be able to open your locks with it. This license costs 500CZK per accommodation agreement duration.
