How do I pay my monthly costs?

From the first month, your monthly costs will be deducted via the provided SEPA direct debit. The monthly costs will usually be deducted on the first day of the month, unfortunately it is not possible to set another date. If you are from a non-euro country and have not yet been able to provide SEPA, the monthly rent will be automatically deducted from the second month. Please remember that SEPA direct debit must be delivered no later than 14 days after your tenancy agreement starts.

Note: If deduction is not possible and/or the rent is paid too late, a reminder fee will be charged. To avoid this, we recommend checking outgoing payments. Regular late rent payments can lead to warnings + charges and serious legal consequences.
