How can I cancel my booking

Have you booked by mistake or changed your mind? Simply contact us via our contact form and we will help you cancel your booking.

Have you already signed the contract and transferred the deposit and your tenancy agreement is confirmed? In this case, cancellation is no longer possible, and the tenancy agreement can only be terminated in accordance with the termination deadlines.

Short stays—once your short-stay contract is confirmed, the contract becomes binding and cannot be cancelled or terminated. All payment obligations must be fulfilled in accordance with the contract terms.
