How to terminate the accommodation agreement by a new lodger?

Every lodger at THE FIZZ has the option of terminating his or her apartment with four weeks' notice to the end of the month by naming a suitable new lodger. The new lodger must also meet the following requirements:

• Booking period according to the current valid accommodation agreement or according to the standard booking periods
• Enrolled student; trainee; intern, worker
• If you live in the shared studio, new lodger has to have also the same gender.

If you have found a suitable new lodger, simply send the completed new lodger form with the required documents of the new lodger (ID card, proof of education, possibly VISA) via our contact form.
