1. Sign the Tenancy Agreement online & upload your proof of enrollment
Complete all required information, digitally sign your tenancy agreement, complete the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate, and upload valid proof of enrollment (for short stays, please send it to us via the contact form).
Once all required steps have been completed, your booking will be reserved for up to 3 days while we verify your proof of enrollment.
Important: If you do not complete all required information and steps in your booking, your booking will be automatically cancelled and will not stay on hold.
2. Pay the Deposit
Once your proof of enrollment has been approved, transfer the deposit by bank transfer within the specified deadline to secure your apartment. Please note that your booking is not yet 100% confirmed at this point.
3. Receive Your Final Confirmation
As soon as we receive your deposit, we will countersign your tenancy agreement. You will then receive a final confirmation by email, and your booking will be 100% confirmed.
💡 Tip: You can check the status of your booking at any time in the Tenant Portal. There, you can update your data, download documents, or sign a tenancy agreement. Detailed explanations and tutorials can also be found on our blog.
