Long stays:
Tenancy agreements have an indefinite rental period with a minimum stay of 12 months. As the tenancy has no fixed end date, it does not need to be renewed. However, you must provide an updated proof of enrollment annually upon request.
Short stays:
Short-stay contracts are limited to a maximum term of six months and cannot be extended or renewed beyond this period. Please note that a short stay can only be booked once.
