Can I sublet my apartment?

Unfortunately, we do not meet the municipality's requirements to permit subletting.

Subletting is strictly prohibited.

Please note that tenants are not permitted to rent out their apartment or any part of it to third parties. Any unauthorized subletting constitutes a breach of the tenancy agreement and may result in contractual penalty fees and further legal consequences in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement.
