Can I change my apartment? – THE FIZZ

Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve apartments, and we appreciate your understanding.

If you would like to move to a different apartment, you are welcome to book one directly through our website. Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed.

Long-stay availability is usually published online at the end and/or beginning of each month for future move-in dates, subject to availability.

Please also note that a new booking requires a new security deposit to be paid in full. The security deposit for your current apartment will be refunded approximately 14 days after the end of your current tenancy agreement.

In addition, if you decide to move to a different apartment, you will need to terminate your current long-stay tenancy agreement in accordance with the applicable notice period.

Please be aware that any new tenancy agreement will be concluded as a new open-ended contract and will again be subject to a minimum tenancy period of 12 months.

* For short-term stays, a new booking is not possible.
