What are the initial payments required to confirm the contract?

In order to get your tenancy agreement confirmed, the security deposit must be paid. The payment details can be requested through the portal.

In addition, we need your SEPA direct debit mandate at least 14 days before the start of the rental period. If you do not have a SEPA-enabled account at this time, you must also transfer the first monthly costs at least 2 weeks before your tenancy starts to be able to move in.

Please do not forget to state your booking ID and name when making the transfer. This way, your payment can be assigned quickly and easily.
