What happens if I pay late?

If your monthly rent cannot be collected due to insufficient funds in your bank account, or if your rent is not paid on time, i.e., on the 1st of the month, you will receive a payment reminder. 

Late or missed payments may result in warnings, additional charges, and, in serious cases, legal action.
