How do I pay my rent?

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month, in accordance with the terms of your tenancy agreement.
To facilitate rent payments, we require a SEPA Direct Debit Mandate. If you do not yet have a euro (EUR) bank account that supports SEPA Direct Debit, you may initially pay your rent by bank transfer and provide the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate at a later stage.

Note: If deduction is not possible and/or the rent is paid too late, a reminder fee might be charged. To avoid this, we recommend checking outgoing payments. Regular late rent payments can lead to warnings + charges and serious legal consequences.

Important for all payment transfers: You can find our bank details in your tenancy agreement or inquire about them via the tenant portal. Always include your Booking ID and full name in the payment reference so our system can allocate your payment correctly.
