What does the deposit cover?

The deposit serves as security for the landlord. It may be used to cover any unpaid rent, damages to the apartment, or missing items. 

After you move out, the deposit is refunded in full if there are no outstanding payments or defects in the apartment.  

We will transfer your deposit back to you within 14 days after the end of your tenancy.
In case there are any shortcomings to the studio such as damages or arrears, it will be paid back within 30 days.
