Parking Terms & Conditions

Separate Tenancy Agreement
A parking space is not included in your studio apartment tenancy agreement. Parking requires a separate tenancy agreement for parking, which contains all applicable terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

Tenancy Duration
The parking agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and is subject to a minimum rental period of one month. Each parking agreement is linked to one designated license plate.

Cancellation
You may terminate your parking agreement by providing one month's written notice, effective at the end of a calendar month.
