Why can I not log in?

Please note that if you do not currently have an active booking with us and have not made a booking with us in the past, this means that you are not registered in our booking system. 

The registration you might have completed is solely for our occasional marketing newsletter and is not linked to apartment availability, bookings, or customer accounts. If you already have an active booking with us and are experiencing difficulties accessing your account, please contact us via our contact form.

Please also note that registration and login on our website are only possible as part of the booking process when apartments are available online. Unfortunately, pre-registration is not available.

Once apartments become available again, you will be able to create an account, log in, and proceed with your booking directly through our website.

To make a booking, please check the availability displayed on our homepage. When apartments are available, the system will automatically guide you through the registration and booking process.
