Which rental periods are available and what is the minimum rental period?

Our contracts are so called campus contracts, which have an unlimited rental period until the end of your studies. They also have a minimum period of 12 months.

This means that your tenancy agreement is concluded for an indefinite period, until you finish your studies. The tenancy agreement can be terminated at the earliest after the first 12 months, in writing and in accordance with your tenancy agreement.
