What payments do I have to make before moving in?

There is no fee for your reservation.

Once you electronically sign your rental contract, upload your valid proof of enrollment in the tenant portal and once we have approved it, please pay your deposit within 3 days from the reservation moment, to secure your reservation. The deposit is equal to twice the base rent.

You must also provide us with a completed SEPA at the time of booking so that we can deduct your first month's costs and future monthly costs.

In case you are not able to provide us with SEPA at the time of the booking, you must transfer the first month’s costs at least 14 days before your tenancy agreement starts.

You will find the bank details in your contract.

Please do not forget to state your booking ID, name and apartment number when making the transfer. This way, your payment can be assigned quickly and easily.
