What payments do I have to make before moving in?

There is no fee for your reservation.

Once you electronically sign your tenancy agreement, upload your valid proof of enrollment in the tenant portal, and once we have approved it, please pay your deposit within 3 days from the reservation moment to secure your reservation. 

Long stays:
1. Security Deposit: 2 x base rent
2. First monthly costs are to be paid at least 2 weeks before tenancy starts if no valid EUR IBAN was provided during the booking process. *If the EUR completed SEPA form was already provided, the first monthly costs will automatically be debited on the first of the month, and there is no need to transfer it in advance.
Important Transfer Details: You can find our bank details in your rental contract. Always include your Booking ID and full name in the payment reference so our system can allocate it correctly.

Short stays:

2. First monthly costs are to be paid at least 2 weeks before tenancy starts if no valid EUR IBAN was provided during the booking process. If a EUR IBAN for SEPA was provided, the first monthly costs will automatically be debited on the first of the month, and there is no need to transfer it in advance.
