What should I do if I don’t have a SEPA-enabled account yet?

No problem! You will find the document for the SEPA mandate in your tenancy agreement and have up to 14 days after the start of the tenancy agreement to open a SEPA-enabled account and send us the completed SEPA form via our contact form.

Please note that the first monthly costs cannot be collected by direct debit in this case. Therefore, payment for the first month must be transferred to our bank account at least 14 days before the start of your tenancy. Until a valid SEPA Direct Debit mandate has been established, all future monthly charges must be credited to our bank account by the 1st day of each month.

For all payment transfers, please do not forget to state your booking ID and name when making the transfer. This way, your payment can be assigned quickly and easily.

Payment by credit card is unfortunately not possible.
