How do I reserve an apartment?

Registration is only possible as part of the booking process and only when apartments are available. If no availability is shown, advance registration is not possible. 

You can select and book your apartment directly on our website by using our booking tool. If you do not see an available apartment, we are currently fully booked.
 

Step-by-Step Booking Process

Select your apartment: Go to our website and click “Book Now” in the top right corner. Choose your preferred THE FIZZ city
Use filters to find a suitable apartment (e.g., move-in date, studio type, features, etc.). Once you have selected your apartment and rental period, click “Book Now” to continue. If no availability is shown, we are fully booked.

When there is availability, register: Create an account in THE FIZZ Tenant Portal and enter your personal details. Click “Next step” to continue. Once your details and payment option are submitted, your tenancy agreement is automatically generated. Your apartment is usually reserved for up to 3 days, conditioned by completing all required steps, such as completing all details, signing the agreement online, and uploading the requested enrollment.

What documents do I need when booking?

We require your valid study certificate and proof of private liability insurance. For long stays, student enrollment must begin before or with the start of the tenancy agreement. It is unacceptable to book with a letter of study acceptance with a later commencement date than the booking start date for a long stay (example: the acceptance letter confirming your start of study in September will not be accepted for a reservation request from July/August).
