What is the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate?

A SEPA Direct Debit mandate is an authorization that allows your monthly charges to be collected automatically from your bank account.

Rent is usually collected on the 1st day of each month. To facilitate this, we require a valid SEPA Direct Debit mandate.

If you do not have a SEPA-enabled bank account when making your booking, you must provide a SEPA Direct Debit mandate at a later stage, as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can request to pay your rent by bank transfer each month. Please ensure that your payment is credited to our bank account no later than on the 1st day of each month.

If the scheduled collection date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payment will be collected on the next business day.
Please note that it is not possible to arrange an individual or alternative payment date.
