What is the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate?

The SEPA direct debit mandate is a way for one-off or regular payments to be debited from your account without incurring any fees.

The SEPA direct debit mandate is possible in all euro countries and can be authorised either once or permanently by the account holder, who can revoke it at any time.

We require SEPA when booking. Only if you are not from a Euro country is it possible to deliver it to us later. In any case, you must provide us with SEPA no later than 14 days after moving in.

In this case, please note that you must transfer the first month's costs at least 14 days before the start of your tenancy.
