What happens if I overpay?

If you accidentally transferred too much money or submitted a duplicate payment, there is no need to worry or open a support ticket. The funds will be processed as follows:

Automatic Account Credit: The overpaid amount is instantly registered as a positive credit balance on your personal tenant account.

Applied to Next Month's Rent: This credit will automatically be deducted from the all-in price for the upcoming month.
