Which payments do I have to make before moving in?

To ensure a smooth check-in and receive your keys, the following payments must be paid at the latest 30 days before the start of your booking:
1.  Security Deposit: Equivalent to 3 times the net cold rent (excluding utilities, approximately 2x monthly all-in price)
2.  First All-In price
3.  Admission fee (should be pay upfront to receive the booking confirmation)
 

Important Transfer Details: You can find our bank details on the first page of your accommodation agreement and in your booking confirmation email. Always include your Booking ID and full name in the payment reference so our system can allocate it correctly! Payment by cash or credit card on the spot is not possible. The tenants are required to bear any bank fees and any difference in the exchange rate.
 

⚠️ Please Note: In case you made the booking less than 30 days before your contract starts, you must transfer all three payments (admission fee, deposit, and first all-in price) all at once. 

 
💡 Tip: From the second month onwards, your monthly all-in price is always due on the 1st day of the respective month. We recommend making the payment always around the 25th so we receive it on time and you avoid paying late payment fees.
