Which payments do I have to make before moving in?

Before you move in you need to transfer upfront the onetime non-refundable admission fee (3750 CZK/150 € one semester contract or 2000 CZK 40 € one year contract) into our bank account.

Once we receive your full upfront payment (admission fee), your booking will be confirmed. 

The second part of the upfront payment, first month all-in price and the refundable deposit (3x netto cold rent) must be on our bank account no later than 30 days before your accommodation agreement starts.

Please don’t forget to write your lodger ID and name in the bank transfer. It allows us to assign your payment faster.
