When do I have to pay the deposit?

The deposit and the 1st all-in price should be paid no later than 30 days before your booking start date to ensure the payment is confirmed in time.

The deposit amounts to 3x net cold rent (approximately 2x monthly all-in price). Please make sure to include your booking ID and full name when making the bank transfer so we can allocate your payment correctly. Payment by cash or credit card on the spot is not possible. The tenants are required to bear any bank fees and any difference in the exchange rate.
